The Rocker Fund is dedicated to preserving the privacy of the skaters. Our goal is to send all donations and correspondence through the skater's clubs, athlete mailboxes or other means. No personal addresses, phone numbers, or e-mail addresses will be posted or given out unless specifically requested by the skater. (and even then, we'll question that...)
From time to time, an occasion arises when contact information is requested by a skater, their parents or their clubs.
(For example: An address requested to send a donator a Thank You.)
Any contact information requested from the Rocker Fund will only be given out after permission is granted by the contactee.

We will not give out any information you submit at our site to any third parties except in compliance with a request of a law enforcement agency. Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold to, or given to any other parties. We will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your personally identifiable information to any third party.
